Professional Case Management, a leader in home health care in Ohio, is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home services. You design your own schedule and choose a workload that fits your life while delivering one-on-one patient care.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in Ohio, CPR, and a desire to support veterans and families at home. We offer mentorship for new grads, paid training, and comprehensive benefit packages.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care or equivalent; newly licensed grads welcome (mentorship provided).
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Maintain safety and compliance with agency policies.
• Build one-on-one relationships with patients and families.
• Document care according to agency procedures.
