Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to deliver in-home healthcare services in Ohio. You choose your own schedule within 8am–8pm, enabling time for school, travel, or family activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care or equivalent; newly licensed grads welcome (mentorship provided).
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Build one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes.
• Maintain safety and adherence to agency policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with care teams to support patient health and quality of life.
