Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home direct patient care, monitor progress, and administer medications as part of a compassionate care team. The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and dignity in a home setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an ADN or AAS, maintain an unrestricted RN license in the relevant state, and have reliable transportation to visit care sites. Trach/vent care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Reliable transportation to care sites and/or work locations.
• Practical trach/ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per care plan and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions; monitor progress.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds and assist with hygiene.
• Assess for complications and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure outcomes.
