Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home direct patient care under the prescribed plan of care, with focus on comfort and dignity for clients.

You will assess conditions, document progress, and administer medications in a 1:1 patient setting across private duty care. Qualified RNs hold an Associate degree in Nursing, an unrestricted RN license in the relevant state, and CPR/BLS/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or AAS required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per the care plan and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions; report changes.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings, assist with hygiene.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure outcomes.
