Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home patient care across Kingwood, Philippi, Grafton, and Bridgeport areas. You'll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care under prescribed plans and collaborate with families and health teams.

The role emphasizes high-quality outcomes, reliable transportation, and flexibility with FT/PT/PRN schedules; daily pay options and no overtime are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate in-home RN care following prescribed plan of care.
• Document patient conditions and report changes accurately.
• Coordinate with providers and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, urine, etc.).
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids when required and document thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and other health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
