Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home direct patient care under the prescribed plan of care, with emphasis on patient comfort and dignity.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing (AND/AAS), an active RN license, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation to care sites. 1:1 patient care is standard, with flexible scheduling across FT/PT/PRN options.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or AAS required.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medications, insulin, and IV fluids with thorough documentation.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for further injuries or infections and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure outcomes.
