Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Albuquerque, NM, to provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs.

As an RN, you’ll deliver skilled and compassionate, patient-centered care with support from a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contributions. The position offers the opportunity to join a supportive culture with emphasis on flexibility and trust.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license in the state of NM.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
