Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Longmont, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, in-home nursing care to patients in the DOE/Nuclear energy program. You will work one-on-one with patients, following personalized care plans, and be supported by a nurse-led, mission-driven team.

This full-time role offers day and night shifts, PTO, health insurance options, retirement plan, and EAP, with emphasis on patient dignity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CO required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle preferred.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
