Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Pecos, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled in-home care to former atomic energy workers, guiding patients with compassionate, one-on-one support.

You will develop care plans, document observations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while complying with DOL, CMS, and state regulations; we offer full- and part-time 12-hour shifts, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NM.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
