Job summary

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in Washington.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home care.
• Excellent communication, computer, and software navigation skills.
• Reliable transportation and residency near Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to evaluate health status
• Identify barriers in treatment plans
• Educate patients for self-management
