Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking an in-home sales specialist to meet with homeowners, assess restoration needs, and close opportunities generated through company leads. This field-based role involves visiting homes after emergencies, guiding customers through the restoration process, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs.
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
