Job summary

You will recruit and supervise respite workers and personal assistance staff, build referral networks, ensure service delivery, EVV/billing, and oversee quality assurance, aiming for strong family-centered outcomes and program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 18+ months in management or
• 5+ years in human services with 2+ years in management
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead the In-Home Respite and Personal Assistance programs and ensure program design meets regulatory standards.
• Recruit, orient, schedule, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff and respite workers.
• Develop referral networks, manage budgeting, and oversee EVV, billing, and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with Title 17, the Lanterman Act, RCEB, and DDS directives.
• Monitor service quality, family satisfaction, and program growth targets.
