Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (or caring for a family member with a disability).
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermittent, regular scheduled, temporary care and supervision for a mutual client.
• Work a minimum of two hours at each respite appointment.
• Follow care instructions from parents/guardians and adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain CPR and First Aid certification; keep copies on file.
