Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support.

You will care for patients using ventilators and oxygen therapy, delivering education and hands-on treatment in the home setting. The role emphasizes autonomy, patient education, and high-quality, personalized care, with opportunities to train and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in your primary state as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or other acceptable medical credential (e.g., RN)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required by service area
• Completion of an accredited program in respiratory care, nursing, or a related paramedical field
• Experience in home respiratory care or home healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete listing of current respiratory patients
• Provide in-home visits and patient education per policy
• Adjust ventilator settings according to physician orders and patient needs
• Monitor the function of respiratory equipment and document services
• Ensure compliance with licensure, safety, and privacy requirements
