Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active licensure as Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide clinical education on respiratory equipment.
• Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safety.
• Document services and patient interactions accurately.
• Provide ongoing phone support and follow-up care for respiratory patients.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive to patient homes as needed.
• Train and orient new clinical staff.
