Job summary

Impact to Health is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver in-home respiratory care in Flagstaff, AZ. You will assess patients, educate families on ventilators and oxygen therapy, and adjust care plans under physician orders.

This role emphasizes hands-on support, patient relationships, and delivering care outside traditional settings, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Active licensure as Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) or equivalent in primary state.
• Completion of an accredited respiratory care program preferred.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required by service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home respiratory assessments with compassion and attentiveness.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on ventilators and oxygen therapy.
• Adjust ventilator settings and care plans per physician orders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment in home settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support continuity of care.
• Offer ongoing phone support and follow-up care to patients.
