Impact to Health in Searcy, AR, seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide in-home ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and education. You will perform assessments, adjust care plans, and support families in a patient-centered environment across scheduled visits and on-call rotations.

The role requires an active respiratory licensure (RRT/CRT or equivalent), with potential licensure in neighboring states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active licensure in your primary state as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or other acceptable credential.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if required by service area.
• Completion of an accredited respiratory care program preferred.
• Experience in home respiratory care or home healthcare preferred.
• Degree in respiratory therapy or related science preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home respiratory assessments with compassion and attentiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on ventilators and oxygen therapy.
• Adjust ventilator settings and plans based on physician orders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Document all clinical services and interactions.
• Provide phone support and follow-up care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and home visits as needed.
• Assist in training new staff, modeling patient-centered care.
