Job summary

Oakwood Remodeling Group is seeking driven in-home sales representatives to meet homeowners in their homes, discuss remodeling needs, and present tailored bathroom solutions. No cold calling required, with leads provided and comprehensive support.

You will build rapport, design proposals, and guide customers through decisions, all while pursuing flexible scheduling and strong earning potential within a commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, especially in-home sales, home improvement, retail, or commission-based environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
