Bath Planet is seeking a Sales Manager for In-Home Remodeling Sales in Grand Rapids, MI. You will recruit, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives while maximizing their performance in the field. This role is hands-on, working alongside your team to provide coaching and support during appointments.

Requirements include 5+ years of home improvement sales experience and strong leadership skills. The position offers an annual earning potential of $100,000–$250,000+ as well as benefits like medical insurance and professional development.

Competenze

• 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience, preferably in the remodeling industry.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales team and ensure proper lead management.
• Run a minimum of five sales appointments per week as a coaching opportunity.
