BathWorks of Michigan is hiring Home Remodel Sales Representatives to meet homeowners in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo and beyond. You will conduct in-home consultations, design customized bath and shower remodeling solutions, and guide clients from first contact to final installation.

This role offers a base salary with forgivable draw, uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, and paid training with ongoing coaching. Pre-set high-intent leads and advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable with in-home appointments and travel within ~100 miles.
• Ability to design and present remodeling solutions.
• Ability to close sales with a professional consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Build rapport and uncover homeowner needs.
• Present customized remodeling solutions and quotes.
• Guide customers through the remodeling process from consultation to close.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and post-sale follow-up.
• Travel within roughly 100-mile radius from home.
