Expect a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri and Tue–Sat), no cold-calling, and an uncapped commission with a potential first-year income up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary contact to secure customer agreements.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Rotating schedule with Mon–Fri and Tue–Sat shifts; requires evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Present the West Shore Home sales method to customers.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
