Clear Choice Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present customized bath remodeling and window solutions, and guide them through the remodeling process. You will leverage an advanced iPad-based sales system to design and price tailored packages.

This full-time, commission-based role offers substantial earning potential ($150,000–$250,000+ annually) with benefits and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales.
• Home improvement experience preferred (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, or similar).
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with homeowners.
• Willingness to participate in weekly sales training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
