Job summary

National Home Care Corporation is seeking an In-Home Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care for clients across Seminole, Decatur, Early, and Calhoun. This part-time role involves comprehensive assessments, care planning, and supervising LPNs, PCAs, CNAs, and other staff in client homes.

The RN will ensure high-quality, compliant care, collaborate with families, and adapt plans as client needs evolve, while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with the agency.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to develop effective care plans and adjust them as conditions change.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff and unlicensed personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that build trust with clients, families, and referral partners.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and use of electronic health records.
• Commitment to professionalism, continuous improvement, and client-centered care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess each client’s needs and reflect them in individualized care plans.
• Deliver skilled nursing services that promote healing, comfort, and client well-being.
• Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs, PCAs, CNAs, and other care staff, ensuring care aligns with standards and policies.
• Strengthen care quality through supervisory visits, coaching, and mentoring.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation reflecting client condition and care provided.
• Educate families, clients, and staff with guidance and resources.
• Promote compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
• Foster collaboration among the care team to ensure continuity and effectiveness of services.
