BeeKind ABA Therapy in Sharpsburg, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will collect data, track progress, and document improvements with detailed notes tailored to each client's needs.

The role emphasizes caring for children aged 2-16, with a focus on social, communication, and daily living skills, requiring flexibility and comfort in multiple settings and supportive supervision per case.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes.
