Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in homes across the Hamilton area of New Jersey. You will provide high-quality ABA services under supervision, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks
• Passion for doing ABA with empathy in every interaction

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in clients' homes in the Hamilton area
• Maintain professional documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with supervision team of BCBAs and support staff
