Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based services in the Mahwah area. You will work directly with learners, implementing ABA programs and supporting families in real-world settings.

We offer a quick interview process, competitive pay ($25–$30/hour) with biweekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits for full-time staff after a introductory period. Candidates must have an active RBT credential with BACB and reliable transportation in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners.
• Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team.
