Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ in Hamilton, New Jersey is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services in clients' homes in the Hamilton area. You will support learners with compassion and follow supervision from BCBAs to ensure effective interventions.

Qualifications

• RBT credential with active BACB status.
• Reliable transportation to homes within New Jersey.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with learners.
• Passion for ABA with empathy in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to learners in their homes in the Hamilton area.
• Coordinate with supervision team of BCBAs for guidance and feedback.
