Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Mount Airy, NC seeks enthusiastic RBTs/BTs to join a compassionate in-home ABA therapy team serving children with ASD. Under BCBA supervision, you will deliver one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and help implement skill-building and behavior-reduction plans.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
