Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the Waverly, VA area. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing customized treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification supported
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in clients' homes across the Waverly, VA area

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, daily-living skills
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Engage actively during sessions (movement and play)
