Job summary

Aba-Journey is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings. The role follows treatment plans created by a BCBA and includes data collection, collaborating with families, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Requirements include RBT certification or willingness to obtain, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check. Local travel and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
