Job summary

Aba-Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You will collect data and monitor progress to support client success.

We value collaboration with families and team members, maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment while promoting growth and skill acquisition for children served.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
