Houston In-Home ABA Group seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA services in the Richmond, TX area. You will work under a BCBA, implementing plans and monitoring progress directly in the child’s home.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, active RBT certification, and successful completion of background checks. A reliable car and health screenings are also required to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Background checks: TB test, MVR, OIG, and federal/state health sanction checks.
• Reliable car with proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license.
• TB test and health screenings/immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors and track progress using proprietary technology.
• Collaborate with BCBA to inform and implement treatment plans for each client.
• Follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct.
