Job summary

The Treetop is seeking In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in San Tan/Queen Creek and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with families in their homes under BCBA supervision, with paid training and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ABA experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children with autism.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate with families and the clinical team.
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions in clients' homes.
