Job summary

ABA Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Atlanta area. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients, in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, with supervision from a BCBA.

This role offers hourly pay $24-$30, 25 hours per week, paid training and certification assistance, along with opportunities for career advancement. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
