Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Colorado is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy for families across the state. You’ll work closely with a BCBA, receive real support, and have opportunities to grow your RBT certification. We welcome motivated individuals who want to make a tangible difference in kids’ lives and contribute to evidence-based treatment.

Positions available: full-time and part-time. Competitive $24–$30/hour, paid training, and health benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team
