Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children develop meaningful skills and independence in their homes.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data in CentralReach, completing notes, and collaborating with clinicians to ensure client-centered care. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.

• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
