Job summary

Regency ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide high-quality, 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children develop meaningful skills and independence.

This part-time role offers about 20 hours per week (Mon–Fri mornings), competitive hourly pay with weekly payroll, mileage between clients, PTO for part-time staff, and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA certification and ongoing

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with your clinical team.
• Help children build meaningful skills and independence.
