Qualifications

• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and report progress to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers according to BACB standards.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
