Ambitions ABA provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, can work effectively with families, and communicates clearly with the clinical team. We offer paid training, CEUs, and bonuses to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with child-care experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
