Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wantagh, New York. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily life.

This part-time role (about 10 hours per week) offers in-person interaction, data collection on progress, supervision sessions, and team trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CPR certification required.
• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
