Job summary

Climb and Thrive ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for in-person work on Long Island, Hauppauge, NY. This part-time role involves delivering ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.

You'll collect data, follow behavior intervention plans, and participate in supervision sessions. Training to obtain RBT certification is provided, with mileage reimbursement and benefits available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children required.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
