Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Islip, New York. You will provide in-home ABA therapy to children, following a BCBA-designed plan and collecting data on progress and behaviors.

This part-time role offers training to obtain RBT certification, supervision, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within the ABA field. Must have CPR and be reliable.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain it within a set timeframe.
• Experience working with children and supporting their development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
