R&R Collaborative Therapy Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement treatment plan goals under BCBA supervision in clients' homes and occasionally other settings. Hours vary weekly with the Supervising BCBA and families.

The role emphasizes documentation, weekly summaries, and collaboration with caregivers. A BLS/CPR certification and an RBT license are preferred or to be obtained; prior autism experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, ABA, special education or related field (Preferred)
• Current 40Hr Online Behavior Technician Training completion certificate (required if no RBT license)
• Current RBT license (can acquire on the job)
• Previous experience working with individuals with Autism
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized

Responsibilities

• Assists with intakes and assessments
• Implements individualized treatment plans for each client supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Autism Specialist
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
