Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Moorhead, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will work under a BCBA, collecting data and following individualized plans to support progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth while serving clients aged 0–21 in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and provide physical support as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans and protocols under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy to children aged 0-21.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
