Job summary

Kennedy ABA in the United States is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children. This part-time position offers up to 15 hours per week with a flexible and supportive team, focusing on evidence-based practices to help children reach their full potential.

You will implement plans under a BCBA, collect accurate data, and collaborate with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
