Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Manassas is seeking an RBT to provide in-home therapy for children on the autism spectrum. The role offers Monday–Friday morning hours and a billable direct-therapy rate of $22–$23 per hour. A BCBA is assigned to the case and will supervise the work.

You will deliver direct therapy, track progress, and collaborate with a care team to ensure consistency and outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA
• Collect session data and submit notes for the work you do; non-billable time is paid
• Supervision is supportive; receive competency assessments, observation, and actionable feedback
