Job summary

Bright Pathways ABA in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 in the child’s home or daycare, helping build foundational social and communication skills in a warm, supportive environment that values human connection.

If you’re an RBT or willing to become one, you’ll collaborate with a BCBA, implement personalized growth plans, and partner with families to ensure the child’s progress feels meaningful, with real flexibility and competitive hourly pay of $20–$27.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to become one.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 in the child’s home or daycare to build foundational social and communication skills.
• Support children during meaningful time together and track progress clearly.
• Implement growth plans crafted by the Clinical Partner (BCBA) and collaborate with families.
• Help families feel heard, included, and cared for; bring voice and ideas to the table.
