Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy in the Indianapolis area. Each family is paired with a care manager and a BCBA oversees schedule built around the family's real week, with after-school and early-evening sessions. Pay is $23/hour for direct therapy and $10/hour for training and meetings.
