Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home therapy in Frankfort, IN, Mon–Fri mornings to evenings, with a BCBA supervising. The role offers billable direct therapy at $23/hour and a pathway for BCBA supervision. The company supports families across Indiana and emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care.

You will work with a dedicated care manager and participate in a structured progression while maintaining flexibility for families and clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• RB T certification or eligibility to practice as an RBT.
• Availability Mon–Fri mornings/afternoons/evenings in Indiana.
• Experience delivering 97153 direct therapy or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-created treatment plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for each visit.
• Coordinate with the BCBA and family care manager for session scheduling.
