Ach Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on data-driven progress and compassionate, family-centered care in in-home and community settings.

You will collect behavioral data, document progress, and collaborate with analysts to ensure timely reporting, while pursuing ongoing training and advancement opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 40-hour training completed or 2026 compliant acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
